MTV's Real World Sued For $5 Million!
A woman filed a lawsuit against MTV today for "invasion of privacy, false light, disclosure of private facts, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress."
According to sources, the woman was recently featured on an episode of The Real World: Washington D.C. and she wasn't exactly seen in the best light. But Golzar Amirmotazedi alleges that what was shown on TV wasn't how things actually went down. She says she was served "several alcoholic beverages, then humiliated and thrown out of the house when she refused to have sex with one of the cast members."
Anyone who appears on the show must sign a waiver so MTV can avoid being sued, but Golzar says that she was too intoxicated to lawfully sign it and the producers know it. She is now seeking $5 million in damages for her humiliation!
$5 million dollars? Really girl, are you for real? You will be lucky to get $1000!
